• Assist dermatologists during procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and cosmetic treatments, ensuring a sterile environment.
• Manage and coordinate patient schedules, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a smooth workflow in the clinic.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dermatological advancements and best practices through continuous education and training.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain accurate medical records in line with HIPAA standards.

• A nursing degree (BSN preferred) with a focus on dermatology or related fields to ensure a solid foundation in skin health.
• Active nursing license and certification in dermatology nursing to validate expertise and commitment to the specialty.
• At least 2 years of experience in a dermatology or related clinical setting, demonstrating hands-on skills and patient care experience.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient patient data management and documentation.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional proficiency in another language is a plus for diverse patient interactions.
• Empathy and active listening skills to understand patient concerns and provide compassionate care tailored to their needs.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills to assess skin conditions accurately and make informed decisions.
• Physical stamina to manage the demands of a clinical environment, including standing for extended periods.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new dermatological treatments and technologies.
