Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse – Quality to lead and oversee nursing quality initiatives within our healthcare facility in the UAE. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with clinical standards, implementing quality improvement programs, and supporting accreditation processes to maintain excellence in patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to quality standards, hospital policies, and UAE healthcare regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives across nursing units.
  • Conduct audits, performance reviews, and compliance checks for clinical documentation and patient care protocols.
  • Support accreditation processes (e.g., JCI, DOH, DHA) and maintain readiness for inspections.
  • Analyze quality indicators and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate staff training on quality standards, infection control, and patient safety.
  • Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Quality (preferred).
