Job summary

A healthcare facility in the UAE seeks an experienced Charge Nurse – Quality to lead nursing quality initiatives. The successful candidate will supervise nursing staff, oversee compliance with clinical standards, implement quality improvement programs, and support accreditation processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Nursing, relevant licensure, and at least 5 years of nursing experience. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in a leadership or quality-focused role.
  • Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility in the UAE.

  • Conduct audits and compliance checks for clinical documentation.
