A leading recruitment agency in Sharjah is seeking a skilled Order Management Lead to oversee the team's performance and client interactions. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years in order management, with strong leadership and communication skills, particularly within the manufacturing or construction sectors. This position offers a competitive salary between 10,000-12,000 AED plus benefits including medical insurance and a visa.

- Strong knowledge of the order-to-cash process in construction supply/manufacturing.
- Understanding of contracts, warranties, and commercial terms.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.

- Lead and motivate the order management team to meet goals.
- Serve as the primary client contact post-sales.
- Review orders and contracts for accuracy.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Track order progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Drive process improvements for efficiency.

Strong Knowledge of order-to-cash process in construction supply/ manufacturing

Proficiency in WBS systems and MS Office
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Candidates from the manufacturing, construction, steel or cladding industries would be more relevant
