Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
• Minimum 12 years experience in a supervisory or lead technician role.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, BMS, fire systems).
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and assign tasks to technicians.
• Manage work orders and update engineering systems.
• Maintain logs, PM reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Handle administrative duties such as attendance and inventory tracking.
• Train and guide the engineering team.
