A leading retail company in Dubai seeks a Shop Manager with strong managerial skills and experience in the retail industry. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service. A Bachelor’s Degree and fluency in English are required, along with a passion for sports and experience in team management. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic retail environment.
Competenze
- 3 years of experience in a managerial role; previous experience in retail is a major plus.
- Active participation in at least one sporting activity.
- Expert knowledge of sporting events.
Mansioni
- Greet customers and ensure their needs are met with quality service.
- Oversee inventory activities including stock movements and transfers.
- Analyze sales performance and identify replenishment needs.
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members.
- Prepare staff schedules based on sales targets and operational needs.
- Manage the shop's image according to brand standards.
