Job description

Position

Ensure the development of projects in compliance with the contractual obligations. Ensure the project delivery on time, on budget and on quality.

• Ensure the execution of the assigned projects in compliance with value creation and risk management objectives;
• manage the relations with customers, partners and suppliers;
• ensure the coordination of the Project Team and of the contributions of the involved company Functions;
• Lead the Project Team activities in planning and execution of planned and un-planned maintenance activities at the Customer plant
• negotiating active claims and support Procurement department in passive ones;
• oversee the invoicing and cashing in process and the return of guarantees up to the final acceptance and contract closure;
• participate in the development of commercial offers for Solutions and LTSAs for own accountability;
• identify opportunities for commercial development in the assigned area, in concert with the Sales and Field Functions. Suggest methods, plans and possible local suppliers and partners for the creation of a network to support the business.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or comparable education
• At least 5 years’ experience in technical-managerial roles with consolidated experience in Customer relationships.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
• Fluent in French and English
• Basic knowledge of Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and Generators
• Knowledge of contracts and project planning and controlling techniques is a plus
• Open minded team player, willing to learn with strong endurance and flexible, have a customer oriented approach.
• Availability for frequent travel in Italy and abroad
• Autonomy, proactivity, ability to adapt to changes and problem solving skills
• Good teamwork and communication skills in different settings and contexts.
