Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of Fitout, joinery, or construction experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong background in interior Fitout execution, site coordination, and technical supervision.
• Solid understanding of Fitout methodology and joinery production.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a section of Fitout works from design coordination through site execution.
• Develop detailed work schedules and manpower plans for your section.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, subcontractors, and site teams for timely progress.
• Monitor site progress, identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
