We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Emirati Legal Assistant to join our legal team.

Job Description
  • Draft, review, and edit legal documents, contracts, and correspondence in both English and Arabic. Ensure all documents comply with legal standards and company policies.
  • Conduct legal research on various topics, including laws and regulations, case precedents, and industry-specific legislation. Summarize findings and provide insights to the legal team.
  • Assist in managing legal cases and projects, including organizing case files, maintaining accurate records, and tracking deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders. Schedule meetings and facilitate effective communication between the legal team and external parties.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements for the legal team.
  • Support the legal team in ensuring the company’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Translate legal documents and communications between English and Arabic, ensuring accuracy and legal precision.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role is advantage.
Additional Information
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research databases.
