As Operations Manager in Banquets you will manage the day‑to‑day running of the banqueting operation to ensure that best practices are being followed and are consistent with company SOP’s and policies. You will be responsible for the full year planning and execution of all operational responsibilities of events held at the banquet venues at Atlantis The Royal, which includes all financial planning, staff hiring and development, equipment management, event planning, liaising with all support departments and creating exceptional guest experiences for all clients.
We are looking for candidates with solid background in large scale banquets operations within a luxury environment. You should have 3-5 years’ experience in managerial capacity in complex high volume events operations and comfortably manage large teams. To succeed in this role, you should be confident to deal with peers and stakeholders at all levels, empowering others to make decisions. You will demonstrate sincere and dependable attitude while working for high end clients in a high‑pressure environment. Creating bench marketable product standards and having good acumen on new worldwide market trends is expected from this position.
