Job summary
A large legal group company in Dubai is seeking a senior lawyer with over 10 years of experience focusing on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. The ideal candidate should be common law qualified, with significant experience in Corporate M&A and JVs, preferably from a top international law firm. This role is open to candidates based in the UAE or those willing to relocate.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Common law qualified.
- Significant experience in Corporate M&A and JVs.
- Experience in a top international law firm is preferred.
- Experience with Tech businesses in the context of JVs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Focus on M&A and Joint Ventures.
A large group company in Dubai is looking to expand their legal team with a senior lawyer to focus on M&A and JVs
The business has a diverse portfolio and is extremely active in acquiring companies and setting up JVs with global brands.
- 10 + PQE
- Must be common law qualified
- Must have significant Corporate M&A and JVs experience
- Ideally have worked at a top international law firm
- Ideally have experience with acquiring / establishing JVs with Tech businesses
