About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commerciallyminded Director of Legal to lead and drive legal strategy across multiple geographies. This is a highimpact role based in Dubai reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. As a key member of the leadership team you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the legal function of a dynamic and fastgrowing company.

What You’ll be Doing

• Provide expert legal counsel across diverse markets and industries managing legal matters with a global reach.

• Lead the development and scaling of the legal team and infrastructure to support the companys growth ensuring the function aligns with business objectives.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate robust legal risk management strategies and implement efficient legal processes tailored to a startup environment.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders including finance compliance and operations to drive strategic business decisions and ensure legal alignment with company goals.

• Oversee the management of complex transactions contracts corporate governance and regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving market.
