The Role

We are seeking a mid-senior corporate lawyer with extensive M&A and private equity experience.

Our offices in the UAE offer a full service that is completely integrated with and supported by our global network. We advise clients on major transactions in the Middle East and beyond. Our clients include public and private corporations, investment banks and financial institutions, governments, and international bodies. Our lawyers specialize in providing seamless, integrated services.

We have the market-leading M&A and PE practice in the Middle East and offer our lawyers the chance to develop their careers through advising on the region's most prominent transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of work, including public and private M&A and PE transactions across the Middle East.

• Manage transactions independently, developing strong transactional, organizational, and technical skills.

• Work closely with clients and colleagues, and mentor junior associates.

Qualifications :

Your Experience

• Proven track record in acting or leading M&A and Private Equity transactions.

• Fluent in English; experience in a top-tier international law firm required. Fluency in Arabic is valued but not essential.

• First-class legal ability, practical commercial approach, excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills, and a history of academic excellence are required.
