A leading recruitment consultancy in the UAE is seeking a candidate to advise on fund establishment and related issues. The role involves working with private equity houses and financial institutions in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have strong academic backgrounds and relevant experience from top international firms, and a commitment to career development in Dubai.

Responsabilités
- Advise sponsors and investors on fund establishment and related issues.
- Involvement in secondary transactions and investments into funds.
- Assist with placement agent agreements for fund marketing.
Formation
The team advises asset managers and investment funds on establishing funds and the associated regulatory and compliance requirements for investment funds and investment managers. They also have a highly active investor-side practice advising institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds on investing into a wide range of structures from traditional funds to bespoke co-investment structures and associated legal and regulatory issues.
You will be advising sponsors and investors - including private equity houses, government entities, financial institutions and corporate clients - on fund establishment and related issues. You will also have involvement on secondary transactions, investments into funds and placement agent agreements on the marketing of funds in the Middle East.
The right candidate for this role will have exceptional academics, experience of private funds gained from a top rated international firm and a commitment to developing their career in Dubai.
