This role focuses on reviewing and negotiating technology contracts while ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations. Candidates should possess a law degree, minimum 5 years of experience, and strong communication skills. Arabic language skills are preferred. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of post-bar admission legal experience.
• Admission to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day advice for the AWS MENA Public Sector business.
• Review, negotiate and draft technology contracts and subcontracts.
• Develop and support internal policies and training programs.
