Job summary

A leading organization in the insurance sector is seeking a motivated UAE National Legal Associate to join their team in Dubai. This position is ideal for law graduates with strong knowledge of contracts looking to develop a career in legal compliance. Responsibilities include revising contracts, supporting teams with legal insights, and ensuring compliance with laws. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English are required.

Qualifications

  • UAE National with Family Book is mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of contracts and commercial legal frameworks.
  • Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Review draft and revise contracts and legal agreements.
  • Support internal teams by providing legal insights.
  • Conduct legal research related to insurance commercial law.
  • Assist in ensuring organizational compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
  • Maintain organized legal documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal department.
