Job description

Our client is a leading US firm with an established Middle East network.

The Dubai office focusses on corporate, banking, projects and dispute resolution and their clients include public and private corporations, investment banks and financial institutions, governments and international bodies on major transactions across the region.

Key Responsibilities

You will be given the chance to handle a variety of work, including public and private M&A, joint ventures and private equity transactions across the Middle East. You will be expected to take responsibility for significant elements of a transaction. This means that you must have significant transactional experience and strong transaction management skills.

Skills and Qualifications

We are currently seeking an outstanding Corporate lawyer with at least four years of experience in corporate law and ideally have experience in the Middle East. You must be UK qualified to be eligible for this position and have experience working at a peer US firm or Magic Circle firm.

In all cases, candidates should have first class legal ability coupled with a practical commercial approach, excellent drafting and communication skills and enjoy being part of a friendly outgoing team. You must also have exceptional results throughout your academic history. You should demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills and a high level of commercial awareness.
