Legal Adviser (Indian Nationals)
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our clients, which may include individuals and organizations from various industries. This position is open to Indian nationals with excellent English speaking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure the accuracy and validity of advice provided.
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Represent clients in court proceedings or negotiations.
- Keep up-to-date with local laws and regulations that may impact clients' business operations.
- Advise clients on potential legal risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure legal compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Experience working with Indian clients is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a part-time position without accommodation provided. As such, candidates must have their own valid biometric passport for travel purposes. Freshers are welcome to apply as long as they meet the experience requirement.
