A leading technology firm is seeking an accomplished Project Manager for Data & Digital Transformation in Dubai. This role will lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives, working closely with C-suite leadership and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate has 12-15 years of experience in relevant transformation initiatives and a strong background in the banking sector. They will be responsible for driving data modernization and regulatory compliance, making key strategic decisions aligned with UAE mandates and innovations.

- 12-15 years of experience in digital and data transformation initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in banking, with specific UAE experience preferred.
- Proven track record of C-suite and regulatory engagement.

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager Data & Digital Transformation to lead enterprise‑wide modernization initiatives across data, digital platforms, and regulatory transformation.
This role works closely with C‑suite leadership, regulatory bodies, and cross‑functional teams, playing a strategic role in shaping digital and data‑driven journeys aligned with UAE regulatory mandates and industry innovation.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale data and digital transformation programs.
- Drive data modernization, analytics enablement, and digital capability uplift across business units.
- Oversee regulatory transformation programs enhancing governance, compliance, and resilience.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies, including UAE Central Bank initiatives.
- Represent the organization in industry forums, executive meetings, and regulatory discussions.
- Maintain strong alignment with regulatory expectations and digital transformation standards.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams spanning business, data, technology, and operations.
- Build program governance frameworks, track progress, and ensure execution excellence.
- Drive structured communication with leadership through dashboards, reports, and steering committees.
- 12 to 15 years of professional experience, with deep exposure to digital and data transformation initiatives.
- Minimum 10 years of BFSI experience; 67 years UAE banking experience preferred.
- Proven track record of handling C‑suite, board‑level, and regulatory engagements.
- Strong understanding of :
- Data governance & data quality
- Analytics, AI / ML use cases
- Open Finance APIs
- CBDC projects, instant payments, and digital financial infrastructures
- Expertise in :
- a. Program governance & delivery
- b. Budgeting, dashboards, and program reporting
- c. Risk management and stakeholder alignment
- d. Preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of UAE's digital transformation, fintech, and regulatory ecosystem.
- Ability to lead innovation‑driven programs and manage high‑impact deliverables.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, complex environments with multi‑stakeholder dynamics
