Job summary
A leading renewable energy company in Dubai is seeking a Wind Turbine Blade Project Manager who will oversee the planning and execution of projects related to wind turbine blade manufacturing. This role includes coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and have at least 5 years of project management experience in the wind energy sector. Must be willing to travel internationally about 30% of the time.
Qualifications
- 5 years of project management experience in wind energy or heavy industrial projects.
- Knowledge of offshore wind and wind turbine blade design.
- Ability to manage 30% international travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead project kickoff meetings and define project scope.
- Monitor project progress for on-time and on-budget completion.
- Manage project financials, including cost tracking and forecasting.
