Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Dubai is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee exhibition stand projects from concept to delivery. You will lead project teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure project execution aligns with briefs, budgets, and timelines. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the exhibition industry. Flexibility to travel for projects outside the UAE is essential, as well as strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing exhibition stand projects, preferably in a senior role.
• Proven experience working with designers, vendors, and contractors in the event or exhibition industry.
• Willingness to travel for projects outside the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, production, and lifecycle management of exhibition stands.
• Negotiate and coordinate with subcontractors and service providers.
• Review design and technical drawings and prepare material checklists.
• Maintain client relationships and participate in project meetings.
