Job summary

A leading consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Building Services Project Manager to support the delivery of high-quality workplace projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in building services or MEP environments, bringing strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include reviewing technical documentation, providing bid support, and liaising with clients to manage project risks and resolve issues. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Building Services / MEP within commercial fit-out or design & build environments.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with confidence in client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Review tender drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical input into bid submissions, tender strategies, and buildability reviews.
• Liaise with client teams to resolve technical issues and secure necessary approvals.
• Monitor MEP installation progress and coordinate site inspections.
