Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager Data & Digital Transformation to lead enterprise‑wide modernization initiatives across data, digital platforms, and regulatory transformation.

This role works closely with C‑suite leadership, regulatory bodies, and cross‑functional teams, playing a strategic role in shaping digital and data‑driven journeys aligned with UAE regulatory mandates and industry innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale data and digital transformation programs.
• Drive data modernization, analytics enablement, and digital capability uplift across business units.
• Oversee regulatory transformation programs enhancing governance, compliance, and resilience.

Regulatory & Executive Engagement

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies, including UAE Central Bank initiatives.
• Represent the organization in industry forums, executive meetings, and regulatory discussions.
• Maintain strong alignment with regulatory expectations and digital transformation standards.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams spanning business, data, technology, and operations.
• Build program governance frameworks, track progress, and ensure execution excellence.
• Drive structured communication with leadership through dashboards, reports, and steering committees.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 12 to 15 years of professional experience, with deep exposure to digital and data transformation initiatives.
• Minimum 10 years of BFSI experience; 67 years UAE banking experience preferred.
• Proven track record of handling C‑suite, board‑level, and regulatory engagements.
• Strong understanding of :
• Data governance & data quality
• Analytics, AI / ML use cases
• Open Finance APIs
• CBDC projects, instant payments, and digital financial infrastructures
• Expertise in :
• a. Program governance & delivery
• b. Budgeting, dashboards, and program reporting
