Job Description

Charterhouse is working with a forward-thinking educational research and innovation hub in Dubai that is looking to hire a Projects Coordinator to join their innovation and learning team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and play a critical role in shaping the future of education and learning environments through well‑executed pilot projects and prototypes.

About the Role

The Projects Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating institutional‑wide innovation initiatives, ensuring projects are well‑scoped, timelines are realistic, resources are in place, and outcomes are captured. The role includes coordinating logistics, maintaining thorough documentation, and facilitating feedback cycles to provide leadership with actionable insights.

Additional responsibilities involve preparing summaries and reports for leadership and board meetings, collaborating across teaching, learning, and operations teams, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and regulatory requirements. The Projects Coordinator will also identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices to strengthen the institution’s innovation culture.

About You

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Education, Business, or a related field, and have relevant experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the education or innovation sector. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or MS Project, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities are essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability, systems thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
