A reputable recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Recovery Driver to operate vehicles for transporting and towing. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License and at least 1-2 years of recovery experience. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads is essential. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED plus commission per trip.
Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (required for recovery trucks).
Proven experience as a Recovery Driver with different tonnage capacities (3T, 7T, 10T, 25T & Winch).
Minimum 1-2years of UAE driving experience in recovery operations.
Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and UAE traffic regulations.
Physically fit and able to handle recovery operations in different conditions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in transport, logistics, or construction sector.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns.
Operate recovery trucks (3 Ton, 7 Ton, 10 Ton, 25 Ton) and winch vehicles to transport or tow heavy/light vehicles and equipment.
Safely recover broken-down, damaged, or stalled vehicles as per company and traffic regulations.
Conduct routine checks on assigned recovery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
Follow all traffic laws, road safety rules, and company policies during recovery operations.
Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage reports, and recovery records.
Assist mechanics and supervisors during emergency roadside breakdowns and accidents.
Ensure proper handling and securing of vehicles during loading and transport.
Report any faults, damages, or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
