As the HR Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within our organization. Your role includes developing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, managing HR operations such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance. You will collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning, mentor managers and HR staff, uphold our company's culture and DEI initiatives, ensure compliance with labor laws, lead HR transformation initiatives, analyze HR data to improve strategies, manage the HR budget, resolve employee relations issues, and report on HR metrics.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience: Extensive experience in HR, preferably with sector-specific knowledge in the UAE.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
