About the Role

Candidate will be assisting guests with fitness requests and carry out Pilates reformer, yoga, and personal training sessions as per guest requirements, and ensuring that the fitness centre is kept clean and tidy at all times during the day as per resort standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Is a certified gym trainer ensuring the guest health and safety is adhered to as per resort standards at all times.
• Monitor and ensure that equipment is kept clean and functioning correctly.
• Assist guests with requests and ensure towels, refreshments and reading material is prepared and extended to guests as per resort standards.
• Attend briefing with the manager daily ensuring knowledge of all resort activities and events and daily tasks.
• Ensures the fitness centre is kept clean and tidy at all times as per resort standards.
• Complies with health and safety standards of the resort.
• Attend to duty on time in proper uniform well groomed.
• Be flexible in scheduling as per resort requirements.
• Attends trainings as per resort requirements.
• Carries out any other job-related duties as per resort requirements
