Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of pastry kitchen experience, with at least 1-2 years in a lead role.
• HACCP Certified with a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
• Proficient in a variety of pastry techniques, doughs and decorations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of pastries, desserts, cakes and other baked goods.
• Develop new menu items in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Train and supervise junior pastry staff and commis.
