Job summary

A leading café in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Head Barista with at least 6 months in the UAE. • Support overall caf operations and work closely with management.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming bar area at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of barista experience in the UAE.
• High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality Tourism or a related field.
• Strong understanding of specialty coffee and brewing methods.
• Confident engaging personality with great communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a small team.
• Must be presentable punctual and servicedriven.
