We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our projects. This role is 70% remote and 30% on‑site and requires someone currently based in Dubai, available to occasionally assist in person with deliveries, permits, or meetings when needed.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working both independently team. You’ll be involved in organizing project files, managing admin tasks, communicating with guests and suppliers, and supporting purchases and logistics.
