Job summary
A luxury residence in Dubai is seeking a highly organised Villa Manager to oversee daily operations, manage household staff, and ensure the highest levels of service. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a private household or luxury setting, strong leadership skills, and exceptional attention to detail. Candidates must be fluent in English and able to maintain discretion. This is a live-in position and offers a competitive salary package.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, preferably in a private household or luxury hospitality setting.
- Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a bonus.
- Comfortable with the live-in aspect of the position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the villa ensuring smooth and efficient management.
- Manage and supervise household staff including recruitment, training and performance monitoring.
- Ensure the villa is maintained to the highest standards including supervising maintenance and housekeeping.
