A leading FMCG company is looking for a seasoned professional to oversee global export operations from Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in B2B business and deep knowledge of international trade laws. Responsibilities include handling multi-million USD sales portfolios, building distributor networks, and developing export sales strategies. Strong leadership and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work under pressure, are essential. This role demands flexible travel to key export markets.

The candidate should preferably be based out of Dubai.
Should have handled a global team across countries.
Preferably from FMCG (Food & Beverage) industry.
Responsible for exports from multiple production bases (India Bangladesh Kazakhstan Serbia etc.) to international destinations.
Should have Strong knowledge of international trade laws EXIM policies documentation & compliance.
Track record of managing large export sales portfolios (multi-million USD) and building distributor/stockist networks across regions.
Strong leadership negotiation pricing strategy & business development skills with willingness for international travel.
