Job summary

A leading FMCG company is looking for a seasoned professional to oversee global export operations from Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in B2B business and deep knowledge of international trade laws. Responsibilities include handling multi-million USD sales portfolios, building distributor networks, and developing export sales strategies. Strong leadership and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work under pressure, are essential. This role demands flexible travel to key export markets.

Qualifications

  • Min 15 years of experience in B2B business and sales orders cycle.
  • Min 12 years of experience in managing distributors across Asia or/and Africa.
  • Min 8 to 10 recent years private label in food manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage exports from multiple production bases to international destinations.
  • Build and maintain distributor/stockist networks across regions.

Position Requirements

Need MALE candidate ONLY

The candidate should preferably be based out of Dubai.

Should have handled a global team across countries.

Preferably from FMCG (Food & Beverage) industry.

Responsible for exports from multiple production bases (India Bangladesh Kazakhstan Serbia etc.) to international destinations.

Should have Strong knowledge of international trade laws EXIM policies documentation & compliance.

Track record of managing large export sales portfolios (multi-million USD) and building distributor/stockist networks across regions.

Strong leadership negotiation pricing strategy & business development skills with willingness for international travel.

Experience
  • Min 8 to 10 recent years private label in food manufacturing industries
  • Well connected with FMCG buyers
  • Currently managing a toppling not less than 5 M$
  • Min 15 years of experience in B2B business and sales orders cycle
  • Min 12 years of experience in sales forecast accuracy primary and secondary sales
  • Min 15 years of experience managing market spendings ( trade activations ) and ROI
  • Traveling to export markets upon requirement
  • Min 12 years of experience in managing distributors across Asia or/and Africa
  • Solid knowledge of market expansions NPDs ( new products developments ) new product launch JBP ( joint business planning ) distribution management/KPIs channel management
  • Well experienced in developing and implementing export sales strategies
  • Well experienced in budgeting financials and value chain models
  • Background in working with multi nationalities and culture
  • Proficient in MS and reporting system
  • Experience in dealing with GM and director levels
