Ontime Group is looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented Patient Relation specialist to join our clinic in this crucial role you will be responsible for ensuring positive experiences for our patients addressing their concerns and fostering effective communication between patients and the clinic staff. • Act as the primary point of contact for patients welcoming them warmly and addressing their needs
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling inquiries and administrative processes
• Gather and document patient feedback to improve service delivery and clinic operations
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and communication
• Address and resolve patient complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate patient records and support the overall patient experience
• Implement procedures to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient feedback and improve service quality

• Previous experience in patient relations or a similar role in a healthcare setting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on patient satisfaction
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficient in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is an advantage
