Develop and implement a robust strategy and business plan to ensure the optimal use of the organisation's resources across the Emirates.
Identify business development opportunities, including establishing new client relationships and partnerships.
Conduct in-depth feasibility studies for presentation to Shareholders.
Provide operational management and business consultation to Senior Management.
Analyze business performance against targets and goals, and recommend areas for improvement.
Manage and maintain Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with international regulations and ISO standards.
Oversee compliance with standards and regulations of Dubai Civil Aviation and the international oil and petroleum industry.
Develop employee training tools and methods to foster a culture of self-learning among staff.
Contribute regularly to newsletters and periodicals, sharing professional insights on jet fuel and the aviation industry.
Report on business performance and key highlights through presentations to Management, Shareholders, and the Board of Directors.
