A leading consulting firm in Dubai seeks a (Senior) Manager, Director, or Principal focused on People & Organization issues. The role involves addressing complex organizational strategies, promoting thought leadership, and participating in office management. The ideal candidate has 6-12 years of strategy consulting experience, strong insights into organizational performance, and capabilities in People strategy. Context: While we have been engaged in projects in People & Organization for many years, the decision to establish a dedicated platform underscores our belief in the growth potential of People & Organization business, particularly by leveraging existing relationships with RB clients and replicating our success in key markets including the Middle East, United States, and France. Our team has achieved significant organic growth, doubling business in the last two years.
Team Structure: The global platform will be led by three co-Heads with 13 Partner/Principals currently already assigned. We are currently adding two external partners (from BCG and Deloitte) who will join the team in 2025. One of the global co-Heads, Frederick Van Gysegem (with RB since 2014), will focus on expanding our business in the Middle East. The team aims to foster collaboration across industrial platforms in the region (Industrials, Transportation, Energy, Public Services) and other functional platforms (such as Transaction & Investment Services and Digital).
The future (senior) manager, director, or principal should work on complex issues in the area of organizational strategy, transformation, and people issues at client companies from a business perspective and develop solutions. The future colleague will benefit from his comprehensive consulting expertise in specialist issues and client relationship management and his ability to structure and translate complex addition.
