Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Project Coordinator- Site Supervision to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab this role you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

  • Coordinate and monitor all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with project managers contractors and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules reports and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and safety protocols
  • Manage and track project resources including materials equipment and labor
  • Facilitate effective communication between all project team members and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or budgets
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or site supervision
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of construction management tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • In-depth understanding of the construction industry building codes and safety regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
  • Willingness to travel to various construction sites within Abu Dhabi
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the United Arab Emirates is a plus
