Job summary
A logistics and shipping company in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Documentation Executive to manage document handling, customs processes, and oversee cargo operations. The ideal candidate should have a secondary school diploma, a valid UAE driving license, and ideally 2+ years of experience within the UAE. Responsible for effectively handling collection of documents, customs documentation process, port related activities and overseeing cargo loading / offloading operations to ensure shipments are carried out professionally, safely, efficiently, and timely.
- Secondary School graduate
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Preferred 2+ years’ experience in a similar field, ideally within UAE.
- Knowledge of written & spoken English, knowledge on Arabic is an additional advantage.
- Resident in Ras Al Khaimah or ready to relocate.
- Thorough knowledge in local customs/port clearance rules and regulations.
