Job summary
A leading HR consultancy in Dubai is seeking an HR Performance Specialist with expertise in data-driven practices and employee development. In this crucial role, you'll manage the performance management system using Lark HRIS, ensuring efficient and fair processes. Candidates must have at least 2 years of HR experience with a strong focus on performance management, fluency in Chinese and English, and solid analytical skills. Join us in enhancing workforce performance through strategic KPI and OKR management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience specializing in performance management.
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing performance modules in Lark HRIS.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and management of performance review cycles on HRIS.
- Collect, analyze performance data; generate visual reports.
- Organize and deliver performance management training sessions.
