Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a Maintenance Technician specialized in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. The role involves routine maintenance, servicing A/C units, and preventive maintenance tasks. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in a similar field and be fluent in English, while knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. The position is full-time and based at NMC Specialty Hospital, Dubai.
Qualifications
- At least three (3) years experience in the same field.
- Arabic language is advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and breakdown maintenance.
- Involve in long term planning for system improvement.
- Servicing of split A/Cs and AHUs.
- Take stock of items and inform the engineering manager.
- Convey day-to-day problems to the engineering manager.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all A/C equipment.
