Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of retail experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position, preferably in fashion & apparel. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall store performance — from driving sales and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, to delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will manage and coach the store team, oversee visual merchandising and inventory management, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to combine leadership, operational excellence, and customer orientation in a fast-paced retail environment.
