Summary

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Outlet is responsible to assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times

Responsibilities
  • Staff supervision and motivation: Lead, motivate, and supervise the staff.
  • Conduct training on service, safety, and food handling procedures.
  • Assist with performance evaluations and provide coaching.
  • Operations management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and efficient work procedures.
  • Handle opening and closing duties as needed.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Customer service: Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly.
  • Inventory and stock control: Assist with inventory management, stock control, and minimizing waste.
  • Check and sign for deliveries and manage stock levels.
  • Management support: Assist management in creating staff schedules.
  • Support managers in achieving restaurant goals and objectives.

Report on service performance and operational issues.

Qualifications
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations / Steakhouse Outlet Experience.
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
