Key Responsibilities:

Supervise front office operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out process.
Handle guest concerns and coordinate with departments for quick resolution.
Train and support front office staff.
Maintain accurate records and shift reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of front office experience in a 4/5-star hotel.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera).
Must be presentable and guest-service oriented.
