Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the team of our client a largescale agricultural farm in this role you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical electrical and plumbing systems (MEP) as well as the maintenance and operation of various equipment on the farm. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of MEP systems across the farm.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of farming equipment ensuring optimal performance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all systems and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with farm management to identify needs and optimize resources for maintenance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in engineering (mechanical electrical or agricultural) or a related field is required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP management and equipment maintenance preferably in an agricultural setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
• Experience with various types of farming equipment and machinery.
• Exceptional problemsolving and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
