The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the UAE. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facade Site Supervisor in the UAE.
• Proven track record of working on large-scale projects.
• Background experience from contracting companies in the Middle East.
• In-depth knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facade installation activities ensuring alignment with project drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors for workflow.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify and resolve installation issues promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols onsite to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address non-compliance issues.
• Monitor daily activities and progress, preparing reports.
• Ensure resources, materials, and tools are available for schedules.
• Liaise with architects and engineers for technical solutions.
• Address client concerns and provide updates as required.
