Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in experience in the lobby and on the guest yacht.

Act as the primary point of contact for guests aboard the yacht, assisting with inquiries, coordinating special requests, and ensuring comfort.

Provide guests with accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and yacht facilities.

Work closely with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure guests' requests and needs are met efficiently, both on the hotel premises and on the yacht.

Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism at all times, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests in all areas.

Handle guest complaints or issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and reporting any unresolved matters to the manager.

Ensure all safety protocols and guest security measures are adhered to, especially while onboard the yacht.

Facilitate yacht embarkation/disembarkation processes for guests, liaise with the yacht crew, and coordinate luxury services during yacht stays.

• Languages Required: Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages, such as Arabic, is an advantage.
• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year, maximum 5 years.
• Friendly and patient personality.
• High-energy, glowing personality.
• Experience in guest relations or hospitality roles, preferably in a luxury environment.
