Job Title: Family Medicine Physician (European) with OBGYN Clinical Privileges
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedFamily Medicine Physician with OBGYN clinical privileges and qualifications recognized by the Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD). The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional primary healthcare services to individuals and families of all ages, with a particular focus on women\'s health. The successful candidate will offer comprehensive care, including preventive services, diagnosis, treatment, and management of both acute and chronic conditions, alongside OBGYN care for women.

Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients, including preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and management of both acute and chronic conditions.

Conduct thorough assessments, examinations, and diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose patients\' medical conditions.

Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients\' needs, medical history, and evidence-based practices.

Monitor patients\' progress and response to treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Provide OBGYN services, including routine gynecological exams, family planning, prenatal care, and management of gynecological conditions.

Offer care and counseling related to reproductive health, menopause, sexual health, and preventive gynecological care.

Perform procedures such as Pap smears, pelvic exams, breast exams, and other routine OBGYN procedures.

Manage high-risk pregnancies and assist in the development of personalized care plans for women of all ages.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate referrals to specialists when appropriate, especially in obstetrics and gynecology.

Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, patient-centered care for individuals and families.

Educate patients and their families about health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses.

Provide guidance on lifestyle changes to improve overall health and well-being, with an emphasis on women\'s health and reproductive care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Ensure that all treatments, procedures, and consultations are properly documented to meet health authority requirements.

Medical degree from an accredited institution.

Board certification in Family Medicine or equivalent specialty, with OBGYN clinical privileges.

Valid license to practice as a Physician in Abu Dhabi, with qualifications recognized by the DOH.

Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing as a Family Medicine Physician, with a focus on OBGYN care, preferably in a clinical setting in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.

Experience in OBGYN procedures such as routine gynecological exams, prenatal care, and managing women\'s health issues.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in primary care and OBGYN care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients and colleagues.

Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care, and promoting the well-being of individuals and families.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

European nationality or training in Europe is an advantage.

Female candidates are preferred for this role.
