Summary

The Business Development Lead will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the company’s client base within the rehabilitation and homecare sector. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, generating referrals, and ensuring consistent revenue growth while maintaining a strong focus on patient satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase patient referrals and service utilization for homecare and rehabilitation programs.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients (hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, corporate clients, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and business expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with management to set realistic sales targets, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting and conversion.
  • Conduct regular visits and presentations to hospitals, clinics, and other potential referral partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding of clients.
  • Maintain a client database and prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service follow-up with both new and existing clients.
  • Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events to promote homecare and rehab services in the region.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions, and community engagement events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and digital content aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate with clinical, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery to patients.
  • Mentor junior sales or outreach coordinators to achieve team goals.
  • Contribute to organizational planning, business proposals, and service line development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the healthcare, rehabilitation, or homecare sector in the UAE.
  • Strong network and understanding of Abu Dhabi healthcare market and DOH regulations.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing long-term business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
