Job summary
A leading healthcare staffing firm in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to connect top healthcare professionals with the right opportunities. The candidate will manage the recruitment process, build relationships with clients and candidates, and ensure compliance with relevant requirements. A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and at least 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment is required. This role offers a dynamic environment to shape the future of healthcare staffing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter in Healthcare Domain.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with healthcare licensing and regulations (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding and placement of new hires.
