About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager - New Business to join our sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a quota‑carrying team of sales professionals within the UAE market.
  • Drive revenue, engagement, new customer acquisition and support the team in achieving their targets.
  • Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
  • Coaching team members on prospecting, objection handling, demos, storytelling, and closing.
  • Run daily huddles, weekly performance reviews, and ensure strong activity discipline.
  • Monitor and report on the team’s progress toward targets and KPIs.
  • Demonstrate best‑in‑class sales practice.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and forecasting.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience within an outbound sales environment, with experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring a quota‑carrying sales team.
  • Natural communication and leadership skills, with the ability to recognize and reward great performance within the team and navigate through challenging performance periods.
  • Thriving in a fast‑paced environment with an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale‑up can sometimes bring.
  • Love tackling difficult challenges, with a positive attitude, and always strive to find the best solution while leading by example.
