About the Role
Are you passionate about data privacy, IT governance, and regulatory compliance? Join a dynamic team driving digital transformation in the healthcare sector. We’re looking for a seasoned IT Governance and Privacy Consultant to help shape and enforce robust governance frameworks, ensure regulatory alignment, and promote a culture of privacy and accountability across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
️ Design, implement, and continuously improve IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with UAE PDPL, GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant healthcare privacy regulations.
Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Compliance) to establish and maintain data governance processes.
Lead awareness and training initiatives on privacy, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor and report on compliance across IT systems, contracts, and internal standards.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Governance, Privacy, or Information Security.
Deep understanding of global and regional data protection laws (GDPR, UAE PDPL, HIPAA).
Experience in healthcare environments or with healthcare clients is a strong advantage.
Relevant certifications such as CIPM, CIPP/E, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, COBIT.
Strong analytical skills, excellent documentation abilities, and proven stakeholder engagement.
