Key Responsibilities
Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
Supervise daily warehouse operations and team productivity
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Help maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and shipments
Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments
Train and mentor warehouse staff on standard operating procedures
Monitor equipment use, maintenance schedules, and storage conditions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred
2+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory roles
Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift, move, and oversee warehouse physical activity when needed
